When the sun is gone, Nungwi's sea turns black and the sky fills with stars. ANELIS goes out at eight with the lanterns lit and the music on, and comes back at midnight. Join for $25 per person with a drink of your choice, or take the whole boat for your group for $250.
The day, step by step
- 20:00Boarding on Nungwi beach, lanterns on, first drink in hand.
- 20:30Out past the reef, engine low, music up.
- 22:00Anchor under the stars. Swim off the ladder if the sea is calm.
- 24:00Back on Nungwi beach.
